1. How to contact a seller/freelancer before hiring ?
A buyer can browse through a few tasks in the category of work he wishes to get executed. He can contact each freelancer by clicking on 1 particular task. On the task page, there is a 'CONTACT SELLER' tab. This will re-direct the buyer to the private messaging system on Taskr. The message will directly be received in the sellers Taskr inbox. All communication can then take place on this thread.
2. Can a buyer share his/her contact details on Taskr ?
A buyer cannot share or reveal his/her contact details like – Phone number, email ID & Skype ID on Taskr. It is against our terms of service. (Give terms hyperlink). The whole conversation should be held on the portal itself to safeguard the interest of both our buyers and sellers. If any user is found revealing contact details, it could lead to suspension of the Account.
3. What will happen to the payment if a buyer cancels the order (due to any cause)?
If an order is cancelled for any reason, the payment funds will be returned to the buyer in his/her virtual balance. The amount is given as a credit to the buyer as ‘Taskr Bucks’. The buyer cannot withdraw these funds. These can be used by the buyer for his next purchase.

2. How to provide samples to an interested buyer ?
While posting a task(creating a service), the freelancers should upload images of their sample work. These images will form a part of their task images. In the first instance only, the buyer can then evaluate the work and credibility of the freelancer. A seller can also attach their sample work from the File Attachment option provided on the conversation page itself.
3. How to withdraw funds from Taskr account ?
After achieving revenue of Rs. 1500, a seller can easily withdraw funds from his virtual balance in his Taskr account. Click on "My Payment" tab from the Account section. The seller will get a "Withdrawal Request" option. When the seller/service provider places a withdrawal request, funds would be electronically transferred to seller’s bank A/c once in 7 days.
If you wish to get a local bank A/c transfer, it is mandatory to have filled the bank A/c information in the Personal Info Form in the Account Section. Only if you wish to receive fund transfer via paypal, input your paypal email id when you click on the Withdraw Request tab.
4. What is physical delivery option in Nature Of Task?
For services like photography, cataloging, packaging material etc. that cannot be delivered digitally, while posting the task, the seller/service provider needs to select PHYSICAL DELIVERY in nature of task. This is no fee charged for this task and can be listed on Taskr.in free of cost!
In case a seller is found using this model for listing a service which can be delivered digitally, the posting would be de-listed and the seller would be debarred from selling on Taskr. The buyer could get in touch with the seller providing a physical delivery by clicking on the ENQUIRY button on the Task page.
1. What is the meaning of Top Rated Seller, Level 1 and Level 2 seller?
Sellers are given levels based on the credibility of their tasks on Taskr. They are rated based on several parameters like – No. of tasks purchased, No. of tasks completed, Delivery within estimated timeframe, rating given by buyers, feedback given by buyers, no. of tasks cancelled by sellers, response time of the seller etc.
It is easier for the buyers to evaluate the sellers based on these ratings while allocating their tasks.
2. What are task Extras ?
Task Extras are additional services offered at the bottom of the Sellers Task for an additional price defined by the Seller. Buyers can purchase additional quantities of Rs. 500 and multiples of Rs.500 Tasks (defined as “Multiples”) from Sellers
3. What is the option of Instant Delivery ?
A freelancer selling ready templates of logos, videos, email templates – basically any instant deliverable file can upload these files while posting his/her task. This file is not visible to the buyer.
Once the buyer purchases the task through Taskr, these files will be instantly delivered to the buyer and would be available for the buyer to download. The task in this case would be automatically marked as delivered and the buyer would get an option to rate the seller.
4. How to cancel the order ?
Sellers are required to meet the delivery time they specified when creating their Tasks. Failing to do so will allow the buyer to cancel the order. Both buyers and sellers have the option to cancel an order by mutual agreement. Unanswered mutual cancellation requests will automatically be accepted after 48 hours. Once order is auto-cancelled after 48 hours, the funds get credited immediately to the buyer’s virtual balance.
5. What is virtual balance on taskr ?
It is the virtual amount of balance that a user possesses in his Taskr Account. The balance can be viewed by clicking on 'MY PAYMENTS' in My Account Section.
Once this balance crosses Rs.1500, user gets an option to withdraw the money into his real Bank A/c. The funds would then be transferred to the users Bank A/c (details as filled in the personal info form) via NEFT.
